Bug#948462: pango1.0: Please omit libpango1.0-0 on Ubuntu/i386

I'd really prefer to drop libpango1.0-0 altogether, which is already
pending in git for experimental, rather than making the same source code
compile differently on Ubuntu.

This would break flashplugin-nonfree and qtile, but both of those are
RC-buggy already.
