Most of those probably just need a rebuild (a binNMU or whatever you call
Launchpad's sourceful rebuilds) to pick up pango's newer shlibs/symbols.
In Debian, most of them were binNMU'd shortly after the buster release
to get .buildinfo files generated, which had the side-effect of updating
their dependencies.
