Control: reopen -1

Reopening since this is a bug report against mousetweaks, not cinnamon,
which should be closed when mousetweaks is either adopted or removed.

Does this mean I was reading the cinnamon code wrong, and cinnamon
no longer needs mousetweaks, similar to GNOME?

If that's the case, I'll ask for mousetweaks to be removed from Debian
(unless someone, perhaps a GNOME or MATE maintainer, says they still
need it and wants to take over maintenance).

Thanks,
