Dear Maintainer,

gdm3 starts X server with hard-coded option -verbose 3. This cannot be
overridden in a sensible way.

Currently this is a blocking issue preventing me from using GDM in projects
where I need to monitor xserver logs and to monitor the attached display at the
same time via xrandr as calling xrandr results in unnecessary information being
logged when xserver verbosity is greater than 0.

I guess that general way to allow users to override xserver parameters or even
the actual xserver command, like e.g. ligthdm allows, would be highly
appreciated.
