Bug#966626: evolution: does not use proxy settings

Dear Maintainer,

I work in a poxy based intranet configuration so it is not possible to
reach directly internet email servers. So it is necessary to have a
proxy configured, and in my case there is, and it works perfectly with
my browsers.

I tried to use them also in evolution with no success: 
 * I specified 
   + a system wide configurations of proxy, 
   + and a evolution specific configuration of proxy, considering 
      . a default configuration (the same for all mailboxex)
      . and a specific one for google mailboxes

 * the proxy definition was specified
   + by referring to the system wide configuration
   + with a proxy.pac file obtained from the local net
   + with environment variables manually set in the profile dir
   + and also manually into the configuration fields

In every combination of these cases, evolution still refuses to 
use the proxy and to connect to external mailboxes, while the internal
one is correcly managed.
