Bug#963813: Bug reproduceable on other RFC PDFs

Hello,

I can reproduce the bug with other equally new RFC PDFs, i.e. RFC 8792.
I get the following error messages:
   $ evince Downloads/rfc8792.pdf 
   
   (evince:6651): Gtk-WARNING **: 13:48:03.523: Theme parsing error:
   gtk.css:6:16: The 'gtk-key-bindings' property has been renamed to
   '-gtk-key-bindings'
   ! SyncTeX Error : No file?
   Segmentation fault

The SyncTex error is also displayed when I open PDFs evince doesn't
segfault on, so it's probably not the main problem. I haven't done any
debugging on it (I only use evince occasio haven't done any debugging on
it (I only use evince occasionally), so I have no further insight.
