Bug#953566: libpango1.0-dev: pkgconfig/pangoft2.pc reports wrong version

Dear Maintainer,

The version of the package appears to be 1.42.4, but the pc file is:

    prefix=/usr
    exec_prefix=/usr
    libdir=/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu
    includedir=/usr/include

    Name: Pango FT2 and Pango Fc
    Description: Freetype 2.0 and fontconfig font support for Pango
    Version: 1.42.3
    Requires: pango freetype2 fontconfig
    Requires.private: harfbuzz
    Libs: -L${libdir} -lpangoft2-1.0
    Cflags: -I${includedir}/pango-1.0

and so has the wrong version. This stops compilation using this file from using the correct
version number.
