Bug#959819: gtk-3-0: missing dependancy on the evince package

Dear Maintainer,

While using inkscape I requested a print preview using the preview button on the print dialog. But nothing was displayed. Fortunately I had run inkscape from the comnad line and noticed the error message

	sh: 1: exec: evince: not found

Also noticed some files: previewTGVAK0.pdf  and settingsVWNIK0.ini; left in /tmp

I installed evince and retried print preview. The preview appeared.
	
Grepped around a bit but couldn't find a config file that contained  "evince" so grabbed the source and found the default hard coded in gtksettings.c

	./gtk/gtksettings.c:#define PRINT_PREVIEW_COMMAND "evince --unlink-tempfile --preview --print-settings %s %f"

So it seems that libgtk-3-0 should depend upon evince.

Or maybe the dialog could be changed to grey out the preview button if the preview app isn't available. A tool tip could explain why the option was greyed out.
