Bug#872316: gdm3: "GNOME on Xorg" always uses Xwayland

It would be good to provide a way to really select X11 instead of Wayland.
Despite what ever affection one may have to the great design of Wayland compared
to Xorg, it is a matter of facts that most popular remote conference and video
call tools don't work with Wayland. At least this is the case for most of our
users not so expert to deal with pipewire and remote desktop stuff.

So I'd recommend to add (or fix this menu entry and add another one for Wayland)
in order to easily select Xorg.
