gnome-shell: Bottom most icon(s) and text not fully visible in sub
group.

The attached screenshot is of the 'Utilities' group and scrolled to
bottom. As can be seen, the bottom most icon and its text is not fully
visible.

This issue is on both Xorg and Wayland.
