Bug#925398: gnome-keyring: Checkbox in password prompt does not remember state

Update on this: The checkbox is gone, but I am not sure where it went. 
So it is still not possible to disable the option, but it is also not 
possible to enable it either.

Looking through the source code I believe there should be some settings 
dialog, but I don't know where to find it in the UI.
