Bug#968005: gimp: install the application well, it did not give any error but when executing it gave a serious error

Dear Maintainer,
from the submitters attached log I guess
the part in [2] is relevant.

This led to the upstream bug in [1].

Downstream there seem to be also some duplicates:
  #953880, #953854, #953794, #954095, #954739

This seems to be fixed in testing since gimp 2.10.14-3,
but due to this report also stable seems to be affected.
