Bug#973463: gnome-shell: needs Gst library installed

Dear Maintainer,

Since a recent update I get this message in the log:

I was able to fix this issue by installing gir1.2-clutter-gst-3.0,
this should be a dependecy of the package.

(Found this while looking for the reasons for some hangs,
not sure if this is related or if it causes any harm)
