Bug#969569: Gnome-builder: build-depends on package that is not in testing.

The gnome-builder source package build-depends on libenchant-dev (source package enchant)
which was recently removed from testing (see: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=956881 ).

However the gnome-builder binary package depends on libenchant-2-2 (source package enchant-2)

Reading though the changelog it seems that gnome-builder switched from enchant to enchant-2
in version 3.34.1-2 but the build-dependency was not updated accordingly. The package built
successfully because libenchant-2-dev was pulled in indirectly.

I did a test build with the build-dependency changed from libenchant-dev to libenchant-2-dev
and it was successful. Please update your build-dependency.
