Tracker uses 100% cpu on clean install and doing some basic things

Also after every reboot while keeping all the build files, tracker miner fs
is using 100% of the cpu.

Checked again, for the previous email imprecision.
The cpu starts beeing overused just after the 'untar', not at the start of
the kernel build.
