Bug with gdk pixbuf packages

Hello GNOME package maintainers,

E-mailing you following the discussion here:

It seems that, on Debian Bullseye and perhaps earlier, pkg-config thinks
gdk-pixbuf-query-loaders is in /usr/bin, while in fact it is in
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/gdk-pixbuf-2.0/ . That confuses other packages
and build mechanisms. Please fix this.
