gvfs-open is obsolete and is likely to be removed from Debian 12.
The replacement is `gio open`, which has basically the same design
(and therefore the same issue when opening short-lived files), so I'm
reassigning this to `gio open`.

In Debian 11, gvfs-open is a Debian-specific shell script that wraps
`gio open`.

Sorry, we are not going to add new "API" in Debian unless it has been
accepted upstream (or at the very least, is well on the way to being
accepted upstream), and new command-line options and behaviours are API.
