It looks as though gnome-builder doesn't hard-code a specific version of
LLVM, so this is being handled via binNMUs without the GNOME team needing
to take action. All release architectures have been rebuilt with LLVM 13,
except mips*el which are waiting for a buildd slot (so the GNOME team
will only need to step in if gnome-builder fails to build on mips*el).
