Bug#982735: nautilus: cannot run executable programs or scripts

Today running executable files works for some reason.
Yesterday and many days before it did not.
I noticed that sometimes feature works spontaneously
and then later not anymore. I don't know what can be the reason.

At least it is clear now that feature to execute files
is present but it is unstable.
