Control: retitle -1 libgdk-pixbuf-2.0-0: should run its trigger on first installation too

Hi!

What a fascinating bug this is!

Well, I could reproduce it just fine!

Right, so apparently what used to trigger that was librsvg2-common,
which was pulled in by inkscape through the chain

    inkscape → libgtk2.0-0 → adwaita-icon-theme | gnome-icon-theme → librsvg2-common

In the alternative dependency, the first is chosen if there are no
reason not to, and adwaita-icon-theme *used to* depend on
librsvg2-common, but then downgraded the dependency to Recommends last
year. You could "fix" it with gnome-icon-theme because that one didn't
change and still has the dependency on librsvg2-common.

Now, what I *really* wonder abuot is why the trigger (or, well, the code
behind it) is not running by itself on after libgdk-pixbuf-2.0-0.
Usually packages shipping triggers also run it by themselves upon
installation for the first time, even without being triggered to.
I think that's the direction one should dig toward.

In the meantime, I think it's safe to say that's a gdk-pixbuf bug, so
I'm reassigning this.
