Dear Maintainer,
*** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate ***
* What led up to the situation? -> fresh Debian 11 install on Thinkpad T450s
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)? -> system started indexing correctly, tracker status showed number of indexed files and remaining time, search worked for the time of index in progress
* What was the outcome of this action? -> after indexing was finished, tracker status showed 0 indexed files, searching offered no results, cold reset of tracker with same result
* What outcome did you expect instead? -> save the indexed files, and working search function
