For reference: vinagre is a key package due to popcon, however, it *can*
easily be removed:

elbrus at coccia:~$ dak rm --no-action -R --suite testing vinagre
Will remove the following packages from testing:

   vinagre |   3.22.0-8 | source, amd64, arm64, armel, armhf, i386,
mips64el, mipsel, ppc64el, s390x
