Installed rhythmbox in docker image and start rhythmbox.

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?

Enable grilo plugin in rhythmbox preferences -> plugins.

   * What was the outcome of this action?

On x64:

(rhythmbox:16267): Grilo-WARNING **: 16:20:56.724: [registry] ../src/grl-
registry.c:1410: Could not open directory '/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-
gnu/grilo-0.3': Error opening directory ?/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/grilo-0.3?:
No such file or directory

On arm:

(rhythmbox:24383): Grilo-WARNING **: 04:39:51.706: [registry] ../src/grl-
registry.c:1354: Could not open directory '/usr/lib/arm-linux-
gnueabihf/grilo-0.3': Error opening directory “/usr/lib/arm-linux-
gnueabihf/grilo-0.3”: No such file or directory

This happens since grilo-plugins package was not installed. rhythmbox-plugins
should have runtime dependency on grilo-plugins and build dependency on
libgrilo.

grilo-plugins already has a runtime dependency on libgrilo.

   * What outcome did you expect instead?

Grilo plugin should load fine.
