Those entries in Uploaders are autogenerated for GNOME packages. There is no
manual removal going to happen.

The input comes from /usr/share/gnome-pkg-tools/pkg-gnome.team
where Joss is still listed as a maintainer.

I'm thus reassigning this bug report to gnome-pkg-tools.

Joss, it obviously would be good if you could explicitly ack/nack this
change, thus CCed you explicitly.
