Bug#996050: Please switch upstream

Dear maintainer,

I suggest to switch upstream to
https://github.com/fer-moreira/floating-dock
which is a fork of
https://github.com/micheleg/dash-to-dock/.

Floating-dock works perfectly fine for me in my bookworm installation.
