This is a bug in the libcmark0.30.1 package, which increased the SONAME
without renaming the library. A fixed version is waiting for archive
administrator approval.

Workaround: install libcmark0.30.1=0.30.1-2 from testing, and do not
upgrade it until #996887 has been fixed.

If you are using unstable, I would recommend using apt-listbugs to avoid
accidentally upgrading to a package that has known release-critical bugs.
