Bug#993137: Always opens files in separate application instances when it shouldn't

I support Алексей Шилин in this report. The specified bug is very
annoying. It breaks good user habits forcing them to select groups of
files from an application or just opening files one by one instead of
using nautilus. 27 upvotes in the referenced issue might be a sign
that this problem is quite important. Please consider introducing this
patch into a stable version of nautilus.
