Version 1:42.0-1 is in experimental now.

Someone (I don't remember who, possibly Jeremy?) said that the
gnome-online-accounts panel was not working. I haven't tested thoroughly
(I mostly don't use those services myself), but it seems to be working
at least superficially.

Upstream doesn't really support arbitrarily mixing components from
different GNOME releases, and at this point our gnome-control-center 41
is fairly heavily patched, so I think it would be a good idea to get this
version into unstable as soon as it's ready.

Both have GTK4 builds in testing now.

Done:
network-manager-openvpn-gnome
network-manager-pptp-gnome
network-manager-vpnc-gnome

Not done (I've opened bugs):
network-manager-fortisslvpn-gnome
network-manager-iodine-gnome
network-manager-l2tp-gnome
network-manager-openconnect-gnome
network-manager-ssh-gnome
