Interestingly enough, tried with gnome-weather 42.0-1, setting my locale
to C.UTF-8 instead of en_US.UTF-8, and sure enough, it reported wind
speeds in km/h!

Weather the older version was actually locale-dependent or not I'm not
sure now; I distinctly remember it changing immediately after changing
the celsius/fahrenheit setting...
