Control: retitle -1 gnome-remote-desktop doesn't work well with vino

This issue will be fixed for Debian 12 (which will be released next
year) because gnome-remote-desktop now supports RDP and we won't be
building VNC support for gnome-remote-desktop.

RDP has better performance and privacy than VNC.
