Bug#1011732: gtk-d: FTBFS: build-dependency not installable: libphobos2-ldc-shared98 (>= 1:1.28.0)

It seems this bug is now obsolete? In fact, I was able to build gtk-d
on Sid without a problem. It seems a simple binNMU should fix this bug
(I suspect just closing this bug could be wrong due to
https://bugs.debian.org/861575)
