mozjs102 is now built with gcc-11/g++-11 on armel. I'm reporting this
as a bug because I know the toolchain maintainers and release team don't
like non-default compilers, but it's a less serious bug than not compiling
at all due to mozjs102's equivalent of the mozjs91 bug #1017979.

This is not yet sufficient to compile successfully on armel - there is
also an unrelated FTBFS, #1017961 - but it's a step in the direction of
making it compile.

Obviously I'd prefer to be using the default gcc, and if someone can figure
out how, patches/MRs are very welcome.
