Please remove evolution-rss from Debian.

evolution-data-server and evolution 3.45 have switched to libsoup3.
evolution-rss uses libsoup2.4 directly in its code. It's not possible
for a process to link against both libsoup2.4 and libsoup3. Therefore,
evolution-rss fails to build and is uninstallable with
evolution 3.45.

evolution-rss has been archived upstream which means bug reports, bug
fixes, and even translation updates are no longer being accepted.
