regarding this file disables wayland if nvidia driver below 510 (which
is not your case) or modesetting is disabled, could you confirm you
have the nvidia_drm driver with modesetting disabled ?

cat /sys/module/nvidia_drm/parameters/modeset

and

grep nomodeset /proc/cmdline
