Bug#1025235: rygel seems to depend upon ffmpeg

My rygel DLNA server stopped actually worked (did not show the actual
video files, just directories, on my LG TV; showed the files, but did
not show thumbnails or actually serve their content, on totem or vlc
clients) on the upgrade to 0.42.0-2.

After considerable fiddling around trying to figure out what was going
on, I gave up. Then I tried installing ffmpeg and restarting rygel it
started working immediately, thumbnails and all.

So I'd suggest rygel "Depends: ffmpeg".

I'm not sure what indirect path is leading rygel to ffmpeg, perhaps some
dbus service it uses?
