Hi,

I am coming back on this issue.
May the rule 'override_dh_fixperms' at line 62 hides or overrides the previous
'override_dh_fixperms-arch' one?
Looking at the build log here:

it seems that 'override_dh_fixperms-arch' is never applied.

Using Debian Code Search I looked at some other packages whose rules file also
uses 'override_dh_fixperms-arch' and for those I saw they don't have both
'override_dh_fixperms-arch' and 'override_dh_fixperms', just sometimes a
'override_dh_fixperms-indep'.

Should be 'override_dh_fixperms' and 'override_dh_fixperms-arch' be merged
together?
