This is an issue with gstreamer-editing-services1.0

libges-1.0-dev package should depends against libpython3-dev (or 
libpython3.X-dev) as the .pc file requires it

I'm not sure how to automatically calculate that we need 
libpython3.9-dev vs libpython3.10-dev for example
