Rhythmbox master added support for libdmapsharing 4 API

Rhythmbox commit 3de3a92a added support for libdmapsharing's 4.0 API.
I am writing some Rhythmbox/libdmapsharing package managers with the hope
that we can get the 4.0 series of libdmapsharing into more operating
systems/distributions. I would like to transition away from supporting
libdmapsharing's 3.0 API.

Once your platform's Rhythmbox package contains commit 3de3a92a, you can
package the 4.0 series of libdmapsharing. The master branch of Rhythmbox
now supports both the 3.0 and 4.0 libdmapsharing API.

Grilo, the other main consumer of libdmapsharing has supported the 4.0
API since 2020. It is likely that operating systems/distributions could
soon drop the 3.0 series of libdmapsharing entirely.

The lastest 4.0-series version of libdmapsharing is 3.9.10, available in
source form at:

	https://www.flyn.org/projects/libdmapsharing/libdmapsharing-3.9.10.tar.gz
