Bug#1014420: gimp: Missing gir dependencies

gimp won't start if gir1.2-gimp-3.0 and gir1.2-gegl-0.4 aren't
installed. They are needed by the Python plugins.

Do you think it makes sense to move these plugins to gimp-python like
we used to do?
