Bug#1007710: Please add support of arithmetic coding

Version: 3.38.2-1
As of now, EoG cannot view a certain JPEG file created with airthmetic coding by GIMP; see the attachment. Error message:
Could not load image “CD_arithmetic coding.jpg”.
Error interpreting JPEG image file (Suspension not allowed here)
On the contrary, GIMP itself can open the file. As the airthmetic-coding patents expired several years ago, I'd welcome it if EoG improves handling such files.
