Want to display my city in gnome-weather
   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
I updated the file /usr/share/libgweather/Locations.xml to add my city. In the
section of french cities I add

        <city>
        <!-- A city in France -->
        <_name>Garches</_name>
        <coordinates>49.84226 2.18232</coordinates>
      </city>

The coordinates matches  "https://www.yr.no/en/forecast/daily-
table/2-3016675/France/%C3%8Ele-de-France/Hauts-de-Seine/Garches"

Town, Hauts-de-Seine, Île-de-France (France), elevation 134 m

48.84226, 2.18232



   * What was the outcome of this action?
No changes, my city is not found in the search box of gnome-weather
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
Found my city? Why the change in Locations.xml is not seen.
