Bug#1004484: evolution-data-server: trouble with camel-lock-helper*

Hi,

camel-lock-helper-1.2 was installed on my system like this:

   $ ls -l /usr/libexec/camel-lock-helper*
   -rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 22784 Mar  5 21:25 /usr/libexec/camel-lock-helper-1.2
   

Inspired by the override_dh_fixperms-arch section in d/rules I applied

   $ sudo chgrp mail /usr/libexec/camel-lock-helper*
   $ sudo chmod g+s /usr/libexec/camel-lock-helper*
   
which worked around the issue for me.

Looks like indeed override_dh_fixperms-arch does not get executed
during build.
