Bug#1023364: yelp: info: can't handle "/" in node names

Package: yelp
Version: 3.38.3-1

Yelp's info viewer doesn't seem to handle the "/" character in node
names correctly. To reproduce, run

     yelp info:'(coreutils)Traversing_symlinks'

then click the "Treating / specially" link at the top. You will get the
following error message:

The URI ‘man:coreutils/Treating_’ does not point to a valid page.
