libnma-gtk4 can be built with Smart Card support (which could be
interesting for gnome-control-center).

This requires a newer gcr version though, namely gcr >= 3.92.0

The latest upstream version appears to be 4.0.0, so it would be nice to
have this version in unstable / bookworm.
