Bug#1024532: gjs allocates 237 GB of RAM during build (!)

Version: 1.74.1-1

Dear maintainer:

During a mass rebuild of all packages in bookworm, I noticed that gjs
allocates up to 237 GB of memory.

I measure this by monitoring Committed_AS parameter in /proc/meminfo at
every second during the build.

In bullseye, the allocated memory used to be around 1GB at most.

While there is no policy about this, I believe it's big enough to be
investigated and/or forwarded upstream, as it's clearly an anomaly.

This is a problem for me because virtual machines with so much RAM are
very expensive, not to mention I would have to create such machine just
for testing a single package (the second package in the ranking only
needs 50 GB).

Thanks.
