The Gitlab for this project https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/anjuta has
been moved to https://gitlab.gnome.org/Archive/anjuta and archived,
meaning that it no longer accepts code contributions or issue reports.
The only way for it to have upstream maintenance is for a new upstream
maintainer to fork it.

Its last upstream release was 3 years ago.

The suggested replacement is GNOME Builder, which is very actively
maintained and is GNOME's recommended integrated development app.

Jeremy Bicha already tried to remove anjuta (see #1018726) but was unable
to do so, because gtkpod makes use of a library from anjuta.
