I have also encountered this issue on my Dell computer with Debian testing. Running the command "dconf reset -f /org/gnome/control-center/" temporarily fixes the segmentation fault and allows the user to open gnome-control-center. The segmentation fault reappears whenever the user clicks on the color menu in gnome-control-center.
