Bug#1059396: PGP/GPG handling wrong

Package: evolution
Version: 3.50.2-1
Severity: critical
I send all my e-mails with a PGP signature.
If the recipient replies including my signature, the email is
displayed as "partially signed with GPG" and the reply is hidden.
This is incorrect, as it suggests that the reply is partially
signed correctly, but this is fundamentally wrong, as the signature
does not originate from the sender.
In addition, despite the incorrect signature, only the incorrectly
signed text is displayed and not the reply.
