        Launching the app today, it start normally, blink for a couple of times
and then it get completely freeze.

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?

        Launching the app.

   * What was the outcome of this action?

        Completely freeze.

   * What outcome did you expect instead?

        Do some calculations with it.
