Why don't you disable the test instead? It's clearly wrong.

If we start allowing packages to FTBFS one day a year,
building the 34231 source packages in bookworm
might result in 93 completely gratuitous failures.

I don't think that's the standard of quality we want for bookworm.

Please reconsider.
